Money-back-guarantee: All products can be returned within
30 days from the order date date. Returned goods must be in perfect conditions,
unused and undamaged. All returns must be packed using the original packaging
materials.
Prices: All our prices are international prices and are quoted
in Euro. Our prices include VAT. This means that there are no additional
charges for all shipment within the United Kingdom or to any other EU country
- you only pay what you see at checkout, no hidden charges! Your credit
card will be charged in Euro. Please note that your bank charging your
credit card will convert our Euro charge into your local currency, using
the exchange rate of the day.
Shipping costs will be added to the price, unless we run a free
shipping promotion. Currently for all orders above Euro 350 shipping is
free within England and most EU countries.
Import duties: All deliveries to the UK and within the EU (European
Union) are duty free. Import duties to the USA and Canada are paid by us.
Import duties for deliveries to all other countries are paid by our customers
at delivery. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about
the duty rate.
VAT free shopping (return to
top)
If you order as a EU business outside of Ireland (all EU countries,
including the UK and Sweden), please include your VAT number in the shipping
instructions box. We will deduct the 21% Irish VAT from your purchase
price (list price divided by 1.21). The shipping instructions box is located
on the last page before checkout. The system will not recalculate the VAT-free
amount (not yet, we are workind on this software upgrade), this will be
done manually by us. Your credit card will only be charged for the VAT-free
amount.

We only sell brand-new and unused products. Occasionally we sell demo
units at our cost price and they are market as such.
All household equipment (coffe machines) that are shipped to the UK,
United States, Japan and Sweden are equipped with the appropriate electrical
plugs.
Shipping (return to top)
Shipping destinations: We offer delivery to all countries of
the EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Austrialia, New
Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, India, Russia. Some
products like food and coffee cannot be shipped to the USA.
Our partner: We use DHL and UPS (United Parcel Service) for worldwide
delivery.
Shipping cost: You can see the shipping cost on the last
page of the order module, before submitting payment information and before
confirming your order. For all orders above Euro
300 shipping is free to the United Kingdom, Ireland and most EU countries.
Shipping promotions: For many products we run free shipping promotions,
please check our homepage for details. Free shipping promotions do not
apply to Portugal, Greece, Finland.
Delivery times: Delivery times are 5 days within the UK and Ireland,
5 to 8 days to USA, Europe and Rest of World.
Shipping Costs: For all shipments below Euro 300 within
the EU, the following shipping costs apply (except for Portugal, Greece,
Finland)
- UK & Ireland: Euro 9,00
- Sweden, Denmark: Euro 15,00
- France, Spain: Euro: 9,00
- Benelux: Euro 9,00
Tracking of shipment (return

The day after we have shipped, you will receive a tacking number. This
number allows you to see the status of your shipment on the DHL/Deutsche
Post or UPS website.
For all UK customers who want to speak to DHL/Deutsche Post, to track
your package within the UK, please call 0870- 1100300 option 2.
Please specify that your shipment is a shipment by truck – Day Definite
Road Express.

Damaged shipments: Please report damaged shipments to us and
to your local UPS or DHL office. Please carefully inspect your package
at delivery and do not accept damaged products.
Payments (return to top)
Credit cards: Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard.
Cash on delivery - COD: this service is available for all
EU countries. You pay UPS in cash when the product is delivered. This
service costs 3% of product value. Make sure you insert COD into credit
card field.
Reimbursements and credits (return

Should you receive a wrong charge on your card by mistake which is not
justified, let us know. We will issue a credit to your card. The same happens
when you return a product. After we receive the product we issue a credit
note.

All of our products have an international manufacturers warranty.

Secure payment by credit card: We use secure software, which
encrypts all information you submit. You can safely enter your credit card
number on this secure server and nobody will be able to read it in transit.
All the information you enter on our order form - name, address, phone
number, e-mail etc. - is safely encrypted.
