All of our products have a international manufacturer warranty.
EUROPE CUSTOMERS
All repair work under warranty is performed locally at the manufacturers
service center. Any repair expense which is not covered by the warranty
(like Gaggia UK fixed service fee) will be reimbursed by us through a credit
on your credit card.
It is important for you to know that you are entitled for free local
warranty repair, no matter if you bought the product in your country of
residence or not. The EU warranty legislation is very clear on that.

USA CUSTOMERS
All repair work under warranty can be performed locally at any authorized
dealer.
In case no local assistance can be obtained, Electra Craft is our service
agent for coffe machines in the USA.

After the return request has been approved, a RA number (Return Authorization)
will be assigned and faxed to the customer.
Products shall not be returned without prior written RA from Electra-Craft,
Inc. Any product returned without an approval RA number will be refused
at the Electra-Craft warehouse and returned to the customer at their expense.
The machine must be delivered with first shipment prepaid to Electra-Craft,
Inc. and Electra-Craft, Inc. will return it to customer free of charge.

Terms and Conditions1. Electra-Craft and italy-outlet.com acceptance
of any products shipped shall not be deemed an admission that the products
are nonconforming, and if Electra-Craft finds that any product returned
is not defective such product shall be reshipped to the buyer at their
expense, and the buyer shall be charged for other related shipping charges;2.
Electra-Craft’s remedies for breach shall not be limited by acceptance
of returned products and receipts of the restocking charge;3. Please insure
that this RA number appears on the outside of the carton the machine is
in. Please insure your product for the value of the machine. Electra-Craft
and italy-outlet.com are not responsible for machines damaged during shipment.4.
The account should not debit Electra-Craft and italy-outlet.com upon receipt
of the return authorization, or shipment of returned goods. The account
will receive a credit notice from Electra-Craft that will detail all the
returns. Any and all variances of other unauthorized deductions are not
