Decorspeed is made from Aisi 304 stainless steel throughout. Its rollers have been certified for use in foodstuff applications and are made from a high-density resin that will not degrade over time, even if heavily used.
Perhaps the most unique aspect of Decorspeed is its operator's ability to quickly remove the rollers for cleaning or sanitation. Additionally, it has a Teflon coating on the conveyor slide to aid with processing sticky or gluey products.
The hardened stainless steel scrapers have been sharpened specially and are suitable for many processing operations while the adjustment lever is ergonomic, straightforward to utilize during processing, strong and easy to clean.
