I would just like to thank you for the prompt and helpful processing of our order for an Odea Giro Orange together with the very effective delivery to my office by DHL. It arrived mid morning on Friday, as promised, and in perfect condition.
The Odea Giro is a brilliant machine and delivers a consistent cup of coffee – so once you know the settings for your ideal cup it does it time and again even after changing for other users. It would be easy to criticise the warning lights as a bit of a guess ( low beans, low water and full dregs all result in the same red light) But this is a basic machine and with a little experience it is easy to check each day before use. At the price you are able to offer, I would thoroughly recommend it. It is just so easy, with no messy and guessing measures, no fighting the filter lock, and a perfect cup in less than a minute. I look forward to many years of happy use and with a 5 year guarantee on the brew group and 2 years on the rest it does invite confidence.
